Project Description
Clearing the new house of items from the previous tenant, the owners were struck by the structure of a table, a valuable wooden artifact. It is the unique profile of its leg the module that characterizes the design of the entire apartment: a rhythm that repeats, frames the furnishings and emphasizes the details.
The table structure has been renovated while the table top has been repurposed in a modern, sustainable solution: made of Plastiz, a material composed of 100% recycled plastic, it has a marble-like texture that blends perfectly with the black iron of the furniture and staircase.
The profile of the table leg is also present in the uprights of the bookcase: the iron fold accommodates a solid oak plank, generating a solid and harmonious compenetration between the materials.
